Our aim is to work with you, rather than for you, communitcating throughout each step of the planning process. We can submit pre-planning advice requests, full submissions, planning conditions, and any amendments required be it non-material amendments or through Section 73 applications.
Not all projects will require planning permission. We can advise whether it is likely that planning permission is needed.
Not all development requires Planning Permission, however government guidelines recommend that any development should have written confirmation that Planning Permission, if needed, was obtained or if Planning was not required, that this also should be confirmed. This can be obtained through a certificate of lawfulness.
We work closely with Heritage Specialists to design and submit listed building applications with the required Heritage Assessments to demonstrate the proposal will preserve the special historic character of the building.
We understand the implications of enforcement notices and will guide you through the system. We will liaise with the local authority, addressing the issues that have brought about the enforcement and work with you and the local authority to rectify the breach in planning. If necessary, we can appeal the enforcement notice.
We understand the frustration in recieving a refusal of a Planning Application and we have a wealth of experience in dealing with Planning Appeals to challenge Local Planning Authority decisions.
